LuxéPrive Aesthetics
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to appointments and treatments booked with LuxéPrive Aesthetics (“LuxéPrive”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.
1. Bookings & Booking Fees
Appointments may be booked through our online booking system, Faces Consent, or directly with LuxéPrive.
A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. The amount varies depending on the treatment, treatment plan or service being booked and will be clearly displayed before you complete your booking.
The booking fee will normally be applied towards the cost of your treatment unless otherwise stated.
Certain services, including bridal consultations, treatment plans and off-site or mobile bookings, may require a higher booking fee or advance payment because of the additional planning, appointment allocation, travel and preparation involved. The applicable amount will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Where the required notice is provided, your booking fee may be transferred to a suitable alternative appointment, subject to availability, or refunded where applicable.
Where an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or you fail to attend, the applicable booking fee may be retained and an additional cancellation charge may apply where this is permitted by law and proportionate to the loss incurred.
The specific cancellation terms applicable to your booking will be displayed at the time of booking.
We will always consider genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances reasonably.
3. Payment & Card Capture
Payment arrangements will be explained at the time of booking.
Where card capture is enabled for your appointment, payment details are handled securely through the payment systems used by Faces Consent and its payment providers.
Where you have agreed to card capture and an applicable cancellation or non-attendance charge becomes payable under these Terms, the payment method provided may be used to collect that charge.
Faces states that payment information is processed through third-party payment providers rather than being stored directly on Faces' own servers.
Treatment balances are payable at the time specified during booking or, where applicable, following treatment.
4. Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you. However, your treatment may need to be shortened, modified or rescheduled where there is insufficient time to complete it safely and appropriately.
Where an appointment can no longer be carried out safely within the remaining appointment time, it may be treated as a cancellation or missed appointment and the applicable cancellation policy may apply.
Appointments cannot normally be extended beyond their scheduled time where doing so would affect other clients.
5. Failure to Attend
If you fail to attend an appointment without providing the required notice, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.
Where card capture has been authorised, an applicable cancellation or non-attendance charge may be taken in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to your booking.
Repeated failure to attend appointments may result in future bookings requiring payment in advance or being declined.
6. Consultation & Treatment Suitability
A consultation is an important part of your treatment journey.
Before treatment, we may assess your medical history, medication, previous aesthetic treatments, skin, anatomy, concerns and desired outcome.
Not every treatment is suitable for every person.
LuxéPrive reserves the right to decline, postpone or modify treatment where, following consultation or assessment, we consider this appropriate based on suitability, safety, medical history, previous treatment or any other relevant factor.
A booking does not guarantee that a particular treatment will ultimately be carried out.
7. Medical Information & Disclosure
You must provide complete and accurate information about your health, medical history, medication, allergies, previous aesthetic treatments and any relevant changes in your circumstances.
You must tell us before treatment if anything has changed since your previous appointment.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your suitability for treatment and could increase the risk of complications.
Where appropriate, we may recommend that you seek advice from your GP, consultant, pharmacist or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional before proceeding.
8. Clinical Information & Medical Advice
LuxéPrive provides aesthetic treatments and treatment-related information within the scope of our training, qualifications and professional practice.
Information provided by LuxéPrive is not intended to replace diagnosis, treatment or advice from a GP, consultant or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Where a concern falls outside our scope of practice, or where further medical assessment is appropriate, you may be advised to seek medical attention.
9. Prescription-Only Medicines
Certain aesthetic treatments involve prescription-only medicines (POMs).
Where a prescription is required, treatment will only be provided following the appropriate prescribing and clinical assessment arrangements.
The decision to prescribe rests with the appropriately authorised prescriber. Requesting a particular prescription treatment does not guarantee that it will be prescribed or administered.
10. Dermal Filler Complications & Emergency Care
Dermal filler treatments carry recognised risks, including swelling, bruising, infection and vascular complications. Some complications may require urgent medical assessment and treatment.
LuxéPrive maintains appropriate emergency procedures and may seek assistance from an appropriate prescriber, healthcare professional or emergency medical service where required.
Hyaluronidase is a prescription-only medicine and is not licensed specifically for dissolving dermal filler; its use for this purpose is off-label. Where hyaluronidase is clinically indicated, it will only be used where it has been lawfully prescribed and its use is clinically appropriate.
In an emergency, the priority will always be prompt assessment, appropriate escalation and patient safety.
You may be advised to attend A&E or seek urgent medical attention where clinically appropriate.
11. Consent
You will be provided with relevant treatment information and consent documentation before treatment.
You should ask any questions you have before proceeding.
Providing consent does not remove your statutory rights or our responsibility to provide services with reasonable care and skill.
You may withdraw consent before treatment begins. Once treatment has commenced, stopping treatment may affect the outcome and will be discussed with you where appropriate.
12. Results & Expectations
Aesthetic treatments cannot guarantee a particular result.
Individual outcomes vary depending on factors including anatomy, skin, lifestyle, previous treatments, treatment history and individual response.
We will provide realistic information about expected results, limitations, risks and potential downtime where appropriate.
Before-and-after photographs may be taken for clinical records and marketing purposes only where you have provided the appropriate consent.
13. Aftercare
You will receive appropriate aftercare information following treatment.
You are responsible for following the aftercare guidance provided and contacting LuxéPrive promptly if you have concerns following treatment.
Where symptoms may indicate a medical emergency, you should seek urgent medical attention rather than waiting for a response from LuxéPrive.
14. Packages & Treatment Plans
Some LuxéPrive services are provided as treatment plans or packages rather than individual treatments.
The treatments included within a plan will be discussed during consultation and may be adapted where clinically appropriate.
A treatment plan does not guarantee that every listed treatment will ultimately be carried out. Clinical suitability and client safety always take priority.
15. LuxéFemme
LuxéFemme treatment journeys are personalised and may involve multiple treatment areas or appointments.
The pathway selected at booking does not guarantee that every treatment within that pathway will be suitable.
Treatment will always be based on individual consultation, anatomy, goals, medical history and suitability.
16. LuxéBridal
Bridal treatment plans should be booked with sufficient time before your wedding.
Treatment timelines, including recommended intervals for filler, anti-wrinkle and skin treatments, will be discussed during consultation.
First-time dermal filler is not recommended within 6–8 weeks of your wedding, and lip filler should ideally be completed at least 4 weeks before your wedding to allow appropriate time for swelling, bruising and results to settle.
Please refer to the separate LuxéBridal Terms & Conditions for bridal-specific booking and treatment information.
17. Bridal Party & Off-Site Appointments
Where LuxéPrive provides a bridal party or other treatment experience at a client's home, hotel or other agreed location, additional planning, travel and preparation may be required.
The applicable booking fee, minimum treatment spend and any agreed travel arrangements will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.
The treatment location must provide a safe, clean and appropriate environment with sufficient space, lighting, privacy and access to necessary facilities.
LuxéPrive reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment where the environment is considered unsuitable or unsafe.
18. Under-18s
LuxéPrive does not provide aesthetic injectable treatments to clients under the age of 18.
19. Complaints
We want every client to feel heard and supported.
If you have a concern about your treatment or experience, please contact LuxéPrive as soon as reasonably possible so that we can understand the issue and respond appropriately.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs, treatment information or other relevant details to help us assess your concern.
20. Privacy & Records
Your personal and treatment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Faces Consent is used to manage bookings, consent documentation, treatment records and related client information. Faces acts as a platform and the treatment relationship is between you and the practitioner.
21. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any legal rights you have as a consumer which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
LuxéPrive will provide services with reasonable care and skill as required by applicable consumer law.
Where a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the extent necessary, without affecting the remaining provisions.
22. Changes to These Terms
LuxéPrive may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, booking arrangements or applicable requirements.
The latest version will be published on this website.
